For all US & Canada orders, we offer FREE shipping. Shipping times vary based on your location. Most orders will be delivered within 3-15 business days after processing.

Rose A + Company is a marketplace for over 100 brands. When you place an order, the brand ships their product directly to you. If you place an order with multiple brands, it is common for items to arrive in multiple packages and deliveries. The brands' items are stored and shipped from multiple warehouses throughout USA and China.

What happens after I make a purchase?

After making a purchase, your order will begin the processing stage. This time is required for us to prepare the order for shipment. In some cases, this involves confirmation of inventory and inspection of product quality. Processing typically takes 2-4 business days.

Once processing has been completed, your order will be shipped to the shipping address you have provided to us. Delivery time may vary depending on your location which typically takes 3 to 15 business days after processing. However, in very few cases, it can take up to 30 days (specifically for personalized products).

Processing and delivery time may be shorter or longer, depending on custom's clearance speed, local delivery speed, and/or holiday delays.

How will we be notified if there are any shipping delays?

If there are special reasons for a short-term extension of the logistics time limit, a banner announcement will be posted on the site. Our Customer Care team will reach out to you directly if your order has already been placed and will be affected by delays.
