Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the day of receiving the products.

You must initiate a Return Request within 7 days from the date of the product's arrival. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with its original packaging. All product return requests are subject to evaluation by our Customer Care team. Our CC team will help guide you through the return process.

Not sure if I'm eligible for product return? Here are a few eligible reasons for returns:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer!

Keep in mind that Rose A + Company has the right to deny and return any items to sender that do not meet these conditions. We do not offer exchanges. We only offer refunds in the form of store credit. All objects, sale, custom, and discounted products are final sales. We do not offer price protection for any orders placed before the start of a sale.

What if I miss the 7-day return threshold? If 7 days have gone by since you received your items, we cannot offer you a return or store credit.

What if my order is lost or stolen? We are not responsible for lost/stolen or mail delivered to the wrong address. The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address when placing an order. Any returned mail will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Refunds

STORE CREDIT GIFT CARD
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified if your return request has been approved or denied. You will receive a refund in the form of store credit to be used within 60 days. There is no restocking fee when receiving refund in the form of a store credit gift card.

Cancellations

An order cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

All coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Limited time offers can only be used on orders placed within the offer's specified time period.
